I had a nervous breakdown in class today.
Man I feel really pathetic about it as well. A lot of things were on my mind about…..terrible things which I couldn’t/wasn’t able to control (I’ll just spare you the details on that), and my eyes were just flicking from the laptop screen to the paper to the screen…and I was apparently breathing raggedly or something. And I wasn’t typing/writing.
